Who is destined to visit that site?

For everyone who would be interested about my activities and would like to learn more. I made it just as much like a demonstration as like a personal page on the web.

Because i'm doing this bit by bit. This question will be maybe useless later.

Why it is not fully compatible with browsers not updated?

The first reason is, i don't want to use javascript here. I prefer use its equivalents CSS3. Unfortunately, this technology is new and so not compatible with browsers not updated recently. However the only discomfort that you could cross is about tabs leading to my sites. Finally, today a lot of acces to internet are coming from smartphones, tablet where much of applications are automatically update.
